SHIPPING

For UK orders: please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. All orders are shipped once weekly.

For international orders: please allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive. This accounts for any delays in the UK due to Covid or Brexit.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange your tshirt for a different size, if we have the correct size in stock. Please email us to confirm, prior to returning the order to the address below. Once we’ve received the order we’ll ship the correct size to you. Please allow 10 working days to receive the new order after it has been shipped. We ask that you consider making a donation to EJF (through our main website) to cover the cost of postage for the exchanged item. Thank you!

REFUNDS

We are happy to offer a refund for any item that is faulty or damaged. Please return to the address below within 14 days of receiving the item and give us information about the fault or damage. Once the item has been received, we’ll arrange a refund within 10 working days. We don’t refund the cost of postage.
